Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller is Thibaut Campana, publisher of https://leakproof.poker and of the bot @leakproofpokerbot. Contact: rounder78@hotmail.fr

2. Data processed and purposes

  • Telegram ID, username, first name, language: create your account and answer you.
  • Purchases and subscriptions: perform the contract and keep accounts.
  • Hand history files: carry out the analysis. They are kept for 30 days, then deleted.
  • Analysis reports: display them in your member area.
  • Tool progress: synced with your account if you are logged in. Otherwise it stays only in your browser.
  • Coach requests: the text you send, so we can reply.
  • Login codes and sessions: secure access to the member area. A code lasts 10 minutes and works once. A session lasts 30 days.
  • Contract: account, purchases, analyses, Pro access.
  • Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention, support.
  • Consent: no processing currently relies on consent.

4. Recipients and processors

  • Telegram, for the bot and Stars payments.
  • Cloudflare, for site hosting, the member-area database and the network.
  • The bot server host: OVH SAS (France).
  • The public Solana network, for crypto payments: transactions are public there and cannot be erased.

Your data is not sold.

5. Cookies and audience measurement

The site uses no measurement or advertising cookies. A single technical cookie, lp_session, keeps you logged in to the member area. It is server-only (HttpOnly) and used for nothing else.

Cookie-free audience measurement: the site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie.

6. Retention periods

  • Hand history files: 30 days.
  • Account, reports, progress, coach requests: until you delete them.
  • Purchases and subscriptions: kept for accounting, 10 years.
  • Login codes: 10 minutes. Sessions: 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data, and get it in a readable format (portability).

  • Deletion: from the member area, or by asking the bot. It erases reports, progress, coach requests, sessions and codes, and anonymises your profile. Purchases and subscriptions are kept for accounting.
  • Other rights: write to the contact address.
  • Complaint: you may contact the data protection authority of your country of residence (in France, the CNIL).

8. Hand histories and other players

A hand history contains other players' pseudonyms. These files are used only for your analysis. They are neither published nor shared.

9. Transfers outside the European Union

Telegram and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union. Cloudflare relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Telegram applies its own privacy policy, accepted when you created your Telegram account.

10. Minors

The service is not intended for people under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us data, write to us: we will delete it.
