Terms and conditions
1. Purpose
These terms cover the purchase and use of the Leakproof services offered by Thibaut Campana through the Telegram bot @leakproofpokerbot and the website https://leakproof.poker.
- Analysis report: one report for 9 $, paid once.
- Pro subscription: 19 $ per 30-day period, renewable.
The website does not sell anything directly. Every order is made in the bot.
2. Age and account
You must be at least 18 to buy. Your account is your Telegram account. It is personal: no sharing.
3. What the Pro subscription includes
- Unlimited analysis reports.
- Access to the private channel.
- Courses reserved for Pro subscribers.
- Member area on the website.
- Questions to the coach: answers are written by a human, with no guaranteed response time.
The content evolves. Supported file formats are those listed in the bot.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are those shown in the bot at the time of payment. You can pay:
- with Telegram Stars;
- with USDT or USDC on the Solana network.
Crypto payments are irreversible. The exact amount, down to the fraction, is used to identify your payment: send precisely the requested amount, on the right network. A different amount or a wrong network may prevent identification and delivery.
5. Renewal and cancellation
- With Stars: renewal is automatic through Telegram. You can cancel it in Telegram.
- With crypto: renewal is manual. Without a new payment, access stops at the end of the period.
When the period ends, access to the private channel, Pro courses and the Pro area is removed. Reports already delivered remain available while your account exists.
6. Immediate delivery and withdrawal
The services are digital content supplied immediately after payment. At the time of payment, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal, where that right applies to you. The bot reminds you of this before payment.
7. Support and refunds
For any payment question, use the /paysupport command in the bot.
Refund policy: an undelivered report or a double payment is refunded. Write to the bot (/paysupport) or to rounder78@hotmail.fr within 14 days of payment. Stars are refunded through Telegram; a crypto payment is sent back to the address it came from. Content already delivered (report sent, Pro access opened) is not refunded.
8. Permitted use
- Personal use only. No account sharing, resale or redistribution of the content.
- Real-time use during a game is forbidden. Use Leakproof before or after your sessions, never during them.
- Each poker room has its own rules on third-party tools. You must follow them. The publisher is not responsible for any sanction by a room.
Abusive access may be suspended.
9. No guarantee of results
Leakproof is an analysis and training tool. It guarantees no winnings. Results depend on your hands, variance and your play. The service is provided "as is".
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. The publisher is not responsible for your poker losses, nor for temporary unavailability of Telegram, Solana or the website. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you.

12. Changes to the terms
These terms may change. The update date is shown at the top of the page. Changes apply to later purchases; they do not alter a period already paid.
13. Disputes
In case of a dispute, write to rounder78@hotmail.fr first: we look for an amicable solution. These terms do not deprive you of the protective rules of the law of your country of residence.
